You will need to edit this file:
plugins\crexis-core\shortcodes\lib\portfolio-details.php on line 102 where it says:
$output .= '<li class="project-feature"><h6>'.__('Skills','crexis').': </h6><ul class="project-feature-skills">';Just change the word 'Skills' on there, then save, upload and replace via ftp/hosting control panel.
