Hi,  The issue was not solved after updating the theme. Could you please advise me on the next step with the slider area of the home page of the site?

The slider on the home page does not resize properly nor the text reposition when the browser is resized.

When the browser is resized in a smaller window and then resized to a bigger window, thats when it happen. The client was doing this in front of me and I tried it as well and saw it happen.

I updated the theme as you requested but still no change. I need you help as soon as possible.
I submitted this request before but I did not see it in my dashboard. This is why i am doing it again.

    Hi Delroy,

When the page is loaded everything displays correctly as it should (see attached fullsize.jpg)

When the page is resized via the browser drag tool it will show a slight display error, however, if you reload that page once you have resized browser area the page will display correctly (see attached resized-smaller.jpg) as it works out which size browser area it is in.

It does display correctly on different sized screens (mobiles, tablets, laptops, desktops etc) straight away when it is loaded in on those screens (so not resized by the user after the page has loaded).

This is due to the way the theme files are loaded in to help maximize performance and loading times, which is common practice with websites and one of the items required to publish a theme via Themeforest.

    Hope this explains it? :)

    Kind regards,
    Joanna

Thank you for responding but you are saying is not helping. I have worked on several websites and I don't see this happening at all. The client was the one who found this out and is not happy with this result. They were showing someone a project on the screen and moving in-between the browser and the document when they discovered this.

Did you see my screenshots? They are very different from yours. There must be a solution for this. I was told to update the theme and that did not help.

    Look at this screenshot:

This should not happen at all.

    I don't understand this statement:

    Hi Delroy,

Could you just confirm with me how you are seeing the display errors -you are resizing the browser on the fly (after the page has loaded) which is causing the display error? Via the mouse/cursor with the click and drag on the browser edges.

If that is true then all you need to do is just refresh the page once you have resized the page and it will display correctly.

This is absolutely normal and very common with websites. The scripts and stylesheets are loaded in at various stages throughout the initial page load to help with the load times and to make sure the correct items are loaded in depending on the screen size (for responsive design). Some items will only load or react to that page size on the initial page load which means it will not do anything if the browser is resized on the fly (so once happy with the resize just hit refresh and it will load correctly).

    Does that help? :)

    Kind regards,
    Joanna

    Hi,

When the site loads in the browser, the client is resizing the browser window with the mouse/ cursor with a click and drag on the browser edge. They are basing this result on several website that refresh correctly after this type of action.

    Hi Delroy,

As I've mentioned before, this is normal for a responsive site. Please read my last post explaining it. All you need to do is refresh the page once you have resized the browser.

I'm going to close this ticket as there is no issue to resolve. :)
