You can translate all theme phrases easily with a translation plugin like qTranslate and that's the easiest way.
You can also edit the .php files manually and those exact texts are located in Crexis Core plugin so you will need to edit the /wp-content/plugins/crexis-core/shortcodes/lib/portfolio-details.php file. :)
