I’ve been playing around with the new cave features lately, and honestly, the underground areas feel way more interesting now. The new mobs and cave sounds make exploring feel less empty compared to older versions. I also like how some caves now have different atmospheres depending on the biome. It actually gives a reason to spend more time mining instead of rushing for diamonds and leaving.
One thing I noticed is that exploring can get risky really fast, especially with deeper cave systems. Sometimes it feels a bit too dangerous for solo survival worlds, but maybe that’s the point. The new blocks are also pretty useful for building and decoration.
What do you all think about the new cave changes? Are they better than the old simple caves or too complicated now?
