I have issues concerning North template installation.
1. I would like to use demo 11 but I don't know how to have the one page menu appearing.
If you see attached file, the menu on top is correct but then I have Home11 appearing on the menu. How do I fix that to have the correct menu for Demo 11.?
2. I may want to use another demo but the one with slider revolution at the beginning are not working like the demo you sell (see attached file with message "slider with alias north_home not found). Slider revolution can't be updated unless we purchase it. Is it normal? Does your offer don't include slider revolution with the possibility to update it?
I have contacted the support service 2 weeks ago through Envato and still no answers.
I have purchased the template on 1st of november and I still can't use it because of lack of answer from support services. I paid extra to have extended support services but if they don't reply why pay more?
If I can't use it I'm goin to write a bad review on envato and ask for a refund.
