    We are getting critical error occuring when footer widget is enabled,. now the main menu disappeared when we turned off layer slider. 

    Is layer slider necessary?

    Is ultimate add-on plugin necessary?

    If so, where do I get these updates?

    Is that what is causing the main menu to disappear when layer slider is turned off?

    What is causing the critical error when footer is enabled?

    You better move to a different Wordpress theme, the creator is not responding anymore to any support request or hasnt updated all his themes for about a year now.
