How in the world do you change the menu layout like you have in your demos? I've been working with our site for over 6 months and have yet to see the options you show in your demos. I am struggling to get 3 levels of dropdown to show cleanly without going off the right side of the page and this option may work but have yet to find it.
It's not really like we're hiding those things from you. That layout is explained in the theme documentation file. Did you have a chance to take a look at it?
