Basically, there is an issue here with your hosting where it is not accepting the zip file.
You will need to increase the memory allowance for the server. Try the methods listed in here to increase your memory allowance if your hosting company allows it:
Thank you for your analysis. Maybe the host had a bad day yesterday. I tried again this morning, just to make sure, and the automatic update worked without any problem :)

I'm not able to use the automatic update for the EngageTheme. The notification is:
PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Otherwise try one of the alternative methods to update the theme:
