This time a have a question about the menu, site navigation is it called in the theme default.
In the menu there is "Referencer" (it is Testimonials in danish) I dont want this to be clickable but only a headline for the submenus i have below. Is that possibel?
If its not, im thinking about linking it to the first submenu, but where do i do that?

You can add a link without a URL via the WordPress Menu.
Instead of clicking on the 'Pages' menu items selector, click on the 'Custom Links'.
There you can add just the name and something like: # for the URL
