Is it possible to turn off the logo option completely? I don't want to use one but I cant figure out how to disable it. Just removing the sample engage logo doesn't remove it.

Hi cpollak,
The easiest way to remove it is to hide it via CSS, for example:
.main-nav .container #logo {display:none;}Add that to the Theme Options > Advanced > Custom CSS Code box
