We have no idea I'm afraid how well the Engage maps element will perform with that many places (as the most common is only one or two places).
There isn't a bulk uploader as the Engage map element was just designed for only a handful of map markers, where you can simply click the plus icon to add one more at a time in the settings pop-up.
You will need to find a specialist plugin or hire a developer to code one for you
