I've added new template php files in file upload /wp-content/themes/purity but can't see any new templates in the page setting. Is there another step I have to do before seeing the new template?
If I update an existing template, it seems to work fine but I need to have new templates in this case. Please advise how to do so. We are using WordPress 4.9.4.
No, there are no other steps so it's strange. Are you sure you've changed the template names at the very top of the file source code? The template name is not being generated automatically.
