Hello I just purchased the theme and there are limited demo images in the media section. I wanted to know the sizing for the different sliders. What size should my image be for the slider? And how do I import the demo images?

    Hi ivprofessionals,

You can import the demo content via the Engage > Demo Sites & Demo Pages option above the Theme Options in the left menu in the WordPress dashboard.

Which sliders do you mean? There isn't a specific size when it comes to images as it depends on the user's taste and quality of image. Plus you would need to consider screen width (desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile devices).

    Hope that helps?

    Kind regards,
    Joanna

And best image sizes for sliders and section backgrounds are those 1920 pixels wide and height of at least 800 pixels.

Hi thanks that helped. But now I have two other urgent questions. 1) I wanted to put in the code from mail chimp for a pop up sign up form to come onto my site once people come to the home page. I added it into Appearance - editor- and then the footer php section and it popped up one time but didn't do it each time I went to my site. Where should I place the code for the pop up form? 2) I want to create multiple engage sliders...how do I do that without affecting the other engage sliders? Right now when I add a new one it adds the new slides to the other sliders.

    Thanks!

    Hi ivprofessionals,

    1) It depends on the type of code that maichimp is giving you. Unfortunately we cannot provide assistance with this matter as it is custom code from a 3rd party. You would need to hire a developer or research it further yourself. We do offer a separate custom works service if that's of any help at all?

    Theme Customization

    2) To create a new slider, just click on 'Engage Slider' in the left WordPress menu.

    Next click on 'Sliders'.

Then just follow the instructions on the screen (add new category).

    Kind regards,
