    Hi 800kamerman,

    Give your theme and plugin an update. You are using an old version which is no longer supported. Once you have done that just let me know on here and I'll log in to investigate and debug what's going on with the video background

    Hey Joanna, It says I'm using version 3.98. Is there a newer version i downloaded it yesterday from Themeforest and installed it before I wrote you.

    Hi 800kamerman,

    Your theme is still grabbing the 2.7.0 version on the front-end of your site.

    If you have any caching enabled back-end or server side make sure to give it a purge after any theme or plugin updates.

    Could you add the password login as text so I can log in (unable to login via an image as the string is too long to complete without errors).

    Hi 800kamerman,

    I've logged in thanks for the info.

    I can see that you have only set my permissions to the role of Editor. It needs to be set to Administrator so I can fully debug.

    Meanwhile in the console your site has a lot of https errors which includes the Vimeo video output. You will need to make sure you have installed your SSL certificate correctly (you will need to check with your hosting or administration to do this).

    If you need a plugin to help with the SSL try the top two plugins found in this list:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/ssl+content+fixer/

    Once you have fixed the SSL issues let me know and I can continue to debug for you

    Thanks Joanna. Thats weird Im looking into the SSL cert and I changed your access so you can dive deeper.

    Joanna, I had the person running our SEO take a look and he found some issues with his SSL certificate and fixed it. Now it looks like video is playing again. Can you see if you see any other issues. is the current version showing up now? My client logos shrunk but maybe the code on that got deleted during the repairs.

    Hi 800kamerman,

    Yep the video works now!

    Only other issue can see is that in the console which is giving a Google Maps API warning. Check out this article:

    Google Maps not working

    And there is a warning in the console the 'Zopim' widget:

    The Zopim widget embed code is invalid. Please email [email protected] with your account key: 4LePjIDegjfksTTuAEObZamTaObSSf8Y
    

    But otherwise the rest is looking good
