Dear Customers! We're out of the office from the 6th of October to the 11th of October. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. For WordPress 5.5.* related issues, please visit this article.
I use your theme for a few days and I need your help on several points:
In user, I put a short biography and when posted in the blog, paragraph tags are displayed (attached screenshot).
In Veented Contact Details, the address is too long to fit on a line. I want to make a "br" and the html is not taken into account. Is there another way to modify the theme file?
In the Menu Navigation Widget, I want to open the links in a new tab. Is there another way to modify the file?
1. Oh, you're right! A little glitch got there in the latest update. Just resolved it.
2. You're right about it: HTML tags are not allowed in the address field. However, I've just enabled the basic ones: anchor tags (a), break line (br) and strong.
3. This is a native WordPress widget and it's not recommended to change the way it's coded. The "Navigation Menu" widget pulls a navigation created in your Appearance / Menus tab. There, you may make the link open in a new tab: just click on Screen Options button on the top/right corner of the browser window, check the "Link Target" checkbox and then when you edit a menu element you may check "Open in a new tab" box:
I've also just sent you an updated version of the Engage theme so you can grab adjustments for #1 and #2 right away, before an official update is released.
I'm really glad to hear it! And thank you for your kind words.
And please consider rating our theme if you like it! You can do that by visiting the Item Page and clicking on the "star" icons on the right. Thank you!
