Client's site is using the North One Page Parallax theme. I need to do some work on it, but another vender did the implementation and I don't have any of the files. If there anywhere that I can download the demo file that comes with the original download?

You can download it with the original files via their Themeforest account:
https://themeforest.net/
Login > Menu bar at the top of the page > hover over the username > click on Downloads.
Then select Download All Files and Documentation from the Download button options.
