I installed the Crexis theme using the Wordpress installer, but none of the plugins were installed. I was able to install a couple manually, however there are some missing from the Crexis folder (Revolution Slider, Visual Composer, etc). Is there a solution for this?

Please go to Appearance / Install Plugins menu to install the required plugins, just like the theme docs say:

I was never prompted to download the plugins as stated in the article, and they are not available to download in the plugin menu

Looking at your website you do not have Crexis activated. The theme needs to be installed and activated for the bundled plugins to be available.
Add your wp login details here and I'll investigate if they are still not showing
