I would like to set a full screen slider and its dynamic text lines to scroll at exactly the same speed so that the dynamic text is synchronised to the image displayed. Please advise
I edited the file as per your instructions (through plesk front end), saved it and refreshed the webpage and it did nothing I'm afraid. Your further help would be greatly appreciated
Check with your hosting on how to upload files correctly with them. If you have any caching enabled on the site or server make sure to purge that as well.

To change the speed you will need to edit this file:
north\js\jquery.custom.js on line 91 where it says:
Change the value to: 12000,
Then save the file, upload and replace into the same directory via FTP/Hosting control panel

Looking at the file on your website, your edit has not saved or you have not updated the file correctly.
http://gener8marketing.co.uk/wp-content/themes/north/js/jquery.custom.js?ver=4.7.3
It is still showing:
and not your changed value to 12000
Check with your hosting on how to upload files correctly with them. If you have any caching enabled on the site or server make sure to purge that as well.
