I have installed a plugin named 82livechat, the issue is that the plugin once activated doesn't show the popup as advertised. if I embed it into the site then it will show, but not as a pop up.
Did you contact the plugin author about the issue? There is nothing in the theme's code that would prevent the popup from showing up. Did you try it with a default WordPress template?
